Automatic Lubrication for BLEND E015 Batching Plant

A progressive centralized lubrication system was developed for the BLEND E015 mobile concrete batching plant, manufactured in Italy by our OEM customer BLEND Plants.

The customized system features a CIAPONI EUR3 electric grease pump with a 2-litre reservoir combined with progressive distributors to automatically supply grease to the required lubrication points.

Designed for direct integration into newly manufactured equipment, the centralized lubrication system provides regular and controlled grease distribution, reducing manual lubrication requirements and helping protect critical mechanical components during concrete production operations.

This project demonstrates CIAPONI Lube’s ability to develop customized lubrication solutions for OEM manufacturers of mobile concrete batching and construction equipment.
