Construction Lift Lubrication System

A progressive centralized lubrication system was developed for construction lifts manufactured by ELECTROELSA S.r.l., an Italian OEM specializing in lifting equipment for construction sites.

The customized system features a CIAPONI EUR3 electric grease pump with a 2-litre reservoir combined with progressive distributors to automatically supply grease to the required lubrication points.

Developed specifically for OEM integration, the centralized lubrication system provides regular and controlled grease distribution, reducing manual lubrication requirements and helping protect critical mechanical components during intensive operation on construction sites.

This project demonstrates CIAPONI Lube’s ability to develop customized centralized lubrication solutions for OEM manufacturers and integrate them directly into newly produced machinery.
