HIAB HiPro 408 Crane Lubrication

A progressive centralized lubrication system was installed on a HIAB HiPro 408 loader crane in northern Germany.

The system features a CIAPONI EUR3 electric grease pump with a 1-litre reservoir combined with progressive distributors to automatically supply grease to the required lubrication points.

Installed by our local dealer, the system provides regular and controlled grease distribution to the crane’s articulated components, reducing manual lubrication requirements and helping protect pins, bushings and joints during operation.

This installation demonstrates the suitability of CIAPONI centralized lubrication systems for truck-mounted cranes operating under demanding working conditions.
