Hydraulic Breaker Boom Lubrication

A progressive centralized lubrication system was installed on a hydraulic breaker boom in Turkey.

The system features a CIAPONI EUR3 electric grease pump with a 4-litre reservoir combined with progressive distributors to automatically supply grease to the required lubrication points along the articulated boom.

Installed by our local dealer, the centralized lubrication system provides regular and controlled grease distribution to pins, bushings and pivot points, reducing manual lubrication requirements and helping protect heavily loaded components during operation.

This installation demonstrates the suitability of CIAPONI lubrication systems for hydraulic breaker booms and other heavy-duty articulated equipment operating under demanding conditions.
