Automatic Lubrication for FX950 Hydraulic Hammer

An automatic lubrication system was installed on an FX950 heavy-duty hydraulic hammer in Italy.

The system features a CIAPONI Model H hydraulic grease pump with a 400 g cartridge, connected to the hammer’s hydraulic circuit to supply grease directly to the lubrication point during operation.

The compact hydraulic system eliminates the need for an electrical power supply and provides regular grease delivery while the hammer is working, reducing manual lubrication requirements and helping protect the tool and its critical wear components.

This installation demonstrates the suitability of the CIAPONI Model H pump for hydraulic hammers operating under severe impacts, vibration and demanding working conditions.
