Marchesi Recycling Crane Lubrication

A progressive centralized lubrication system was installed on a Marchesi fixed crane equipped with a grab for handling and recycling construction materials in Italy.

The system features a CIAPONI EUR3 electric grease pump with a 2-litre reservoir combined with progressive distributors to automatically supply grease to the required lubrication points.

Installed by the CIAPONI Lube team, the system provides regular and controlled grease distribution to the crane’s pins, bushings and articulated joints, reducing manual lubrication requirements and helping protect critical components during intensive material-handling operations.

This installation demonstrates the suitability of CIAPONI centralized lubrication systems for fixed cranes operating in construction-material recycling facilities and other demanding environments.
