Hyundai HX140LC Lubrication Kit
An automatic lubrication kit equipped with a CIAPONI EUR3 electric grease pump with a 2-litre reservoir was prepared for a Hyundai HX140LC tracked excavator with a monoboom, for a customer in Northern Ireland.
The pump includes a minimum grease level sensor and an integrated timer for adjusting pause and operating times. CX progressive distributors deliver controlled quantities of grease to the lubrication points included in the system.
The kit includes lubrication lines, fittings and protective tubing for installation on the excavator. Once installed, the system provides regular grease delivery to the connected components, helping reduce wear and manual greasing.
