Automatic Lubrication for Kleemann MOBICAT MC 100 EVO

An automatic centralized lubrication system was installed on a Kleemann MOBICAT MC 100 EVO mobile jaw crusher operating in Italy.

The system features a Ciaponi EUR3 4 L electric grease pump equipped with two independent pumping outlets and combined with CX progressive distributors.

Each pump outlet supplies a separate progressive lubrication circuit, ensuring regular and controlled grease distribution to the required lubrication points. This configuration allows different sections of the machine to be lubricated independently according to their operating requirements.

The system helps protect critical mechanical components, reduce manual greasing and support reliable crusher operation under the demanding conditions typical of mining and aggregate processing applications.
