CAT AD45 Mining Truck Lubrication Kit

A complete automatic centralized lubrication kit was designed and prepared for installation on a Caterpillar CAT AD45 underground mining truck operating in Kazakhstan.

The system features a Ciaponi EUR3 automatic grease pump with 4-litre reservoir combined with CX progressive distributors to provide controlled grease distribution to the required lubrication points.

The complete kit includes all the components required for installation: the pump, progressive distributors, main and secondary lubrication lines, fittings, protective conduits, mounting brackets, fixing clamps, electrical connections and accessories.

The CX progressive distributors are supplied pre-assembled with the corresponding fittings and mounting brackets, ready to be positioned and installed on the machine. This reduces assembly work and simplifies the installation process.

Each component is selected and organized according to the configuration of the CAT AD45. The complete system is supplied ready to be installed, connected and commissioned by the local dealer or the customer’s technical team.
