Automatic Lubrication for Kleemann MC 110i EVO2
A progressive centralized lubrication system was installed on a Kleemann MC 110i EVO2 mobile jaw crusher at an end customer’s site in Italy.
The intervention was carried out by the CIAPONI Lube team on direct assignment from Kleemann production, which coordinates the installation of the lubrication system on the machine at the customer’s operating site.
The system features a CIAPONI EUR3 electric grease pump with a 4-litre reservoir combined with progressive distributors to automatically supply grease to the required lubrication points.
The centralized lubrication system provides regular and controlled grease distribution, reducing manual lubrication requirements and helping protect critical mechanical components during intensive crushing operations.
This application demonstrates CIAPONI Lube’s experience in working directly with machinery manufacturers and providing on-site lubrication solutions for mobile crushing equipment.
