Kleemann MR 100 NEO Impact Crusher Lubrication

An automatic centralized lubrication system was installed on a Kleemann MOBIREX MR 100 NEO mobile impact crusher operating at a customer’s extraction site in Italy.

The system features a Ciaponi EUR3 automatic grease pump with 8-litre reservoir combined with CK progressive distributors to automatically supply grease to the required lubrication points.

The installation was commissioned directly by Kleemann and carried out by the Ciaponi Lube team in the field, while the machine was already located at the final customer’s site.

The centralized lubrication system provides regular and controlled grease distribution, reducing manual lubrication requirements and helping protect critical components under demanding crushing and extraction-site operating conditions.
