Kleemann MSC 953 EVO Screening Plant Lubrication
An automatic centralized lubrication system was installed on a Kleemann MOBISCREEN MSC 953 EVO mobile screening plant operating at a customer’s extraction site in Italy.
The system features a Ciaponi EUR3 automatic grease pump with 4-litre anti-shock bell-shaped reservoir combined with CK progressive distributors to automatically supply grease to the required lubrication points.
The installation was commissioned directly by Kleemann and carried out by the Ciaponi Lube team in the field, while the machine was already located at the final customer’s site.
The anti-shock bell-shaped reservoir provides additional protection for the pump under demanding operating conditions. The centralized lubrication system ensures regular and controlled grease distribution, reducing manual lubrication requirements and helping protect critical components.
