Kleemann MOBISCREEN MSS 802i EVO Automatic Lubrication
An automatic centralized lubrication system was installed on a Kleemann MOBISCREEN MSS 802i EVO mobile screening plant operating at a customer’s quarry in Italy.
The system features a Ciaponi EUR3 8 L electric grease pump combined with CK progressive distributors to automatically supply grease to the required lubrication points.
The installation was commissioned directly by the machine manufacturer and carried out by the Ciaponi Lube team while the machine was already operating at the customer’s quarry.
The centralized lubrication system provides regular and controlled grease distribution, reducing manual lubrication requirements and helping protect critical components under demanding quarry operating conditions.
