Automatic Lubrication for Komatsu HM300 Dump Truck

A complete progressive centralized lubrication kit was installed on a Komatsu HM300 articulated dump truck in Belgium.

The system features a CIAPONI EUR3 electric grease pump with an 8-litre reservoir combined with progressive distributors, high-pressure lubrication lines, fittings and accessories to automatically supply grease to the required lubrication points.

Installed by our local dealer at a Komatsu facility, the centralized lubrication system provides regular and controlled grease distribution to the articulation joint, pins, bushings and other critical components, reducing manual lubrication requirements and supporting reliable operation.

This installation demonstrates the suitability of complete CIAPONI lubrication kits for articulated dump trucks used in mining, quarrying and heavy material-haulage applications.
