Automatic Lubrication for Terex TA30 Dump Truck

A progressive centralized lubrication system was installed on a Terex TA30 articulated dump truck operating at a mining site in Italy.

The system features a CIAPONI EUR3 electric grease pump with a 4-litre reservoir combined with progressive distributors to automatically supply grease to the required lubrication points.

Installed by the local CIAPONI Lube team, the centralized lubrication system provides regular and controlled grease distribution to the articulation joint, pins, bushings and other critical components, reducing manual lubrication requirements during intensive mining operations.
