Centralized Lubrication Kits for Trailers and Mobile Equipment
Ciaponi Lube supplies complete centralized lubrication kits designed for trailers, semi-trailers and other mobile equipment with multiple lubrication points.
The centralized distribution system can be supplied in two different configurations according to the application and the customer’s operational requirements.
The automatic version features a Ciaponi EUR3 electric grease pump connected to CX progressive distributors. The pump automatically supplies a controlled quantity of grease to the connected lubrication points at programmed intervals.
The manual version uses the same centralized distribution principle but does not require an electric or pneumatic pump. Grease is supplied through a single, easily accessible inlet point using a manual or battery-powered grease gun and is then distributed to the connected lubrication points.
Both configurations can be adapted not only to trailer axles but also to braking mechanisms, steering and suspension components, articulated joints and other equipment with similar lubrication requirements.
