The EUR 1 pneumatic pump is designed for automatic and centralized lubrication systems on industrial machinery, mobile equipment and vehicles. Compact, reliable and easy to install, it provides precise lubricant delivery for a wide range of applications.
The pump delivers up to 30 cm³ of grease per cycle and can supply systems with up to 100 lubrication points, depending on the lubrication layout and operating requirements. Pneumatic operation ensures dependable performance wherever compressed air is available.
During each lubrication cycle, grease is distributed through the metering devices, supplying only the quantity required by each lubrication point. This helps reduce lubricant consumption, improve system efficiency and extend component service life.
The integrated warning LED provides indication of low grease level and system faults, while cycle monitoring is performed through the piston end-of-stroke signal. The pump can be easily configured without complex calibration procedures and adapted to different centralized lubrication applications.
