The MODEL M is a manually operated grease pump designed for industrial machinery and equipment requiring a simple, reliable and cost-effective centralized lubrication solution. Its compact and robust construction, combined with a reduced number of moving parts, ensures easy operation and long service life.
Designed for use with progressive lubrication systems, the pump delivers grease into the main supply line through manual actuation. It is particularly suitable for applications where electrical power is not available or where a fully mechanical lubrication solution is preferred.
The transparent polycarbonate reservoir allows immediate visual inspection of the lubricant level, while the spring-loaded follower ensures a constant grease supply to the pumping chamber. The pump is supplied ready for connection to the lubrication circuit and can be installed quickly and easily.
Suitable for lubricants up to NLGI 2 consistency, the MODEL M can generate operating pressures up to 200 bar, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial machinery, mobile equipment and vehicle applications.
