Automatic Lubrication for CENCEPT Ceramic Press

A progressive centralized lubrication system was installed on a new CENCEPT ceramic press manufactured by an Italian OEM customer.

The system features a CIAPONI EUR3 electric grease pump with a 2-litre reservoir combined with CK progressive distributors to automatically supply grease to the required lubrication points.

Installed by the CIAPONI Lube team at the customer’s facility, the system provides regular and controlled grease distribution, reducing manual lubrication requirements and helping protect critical components during intensive ceramic production operations.

This project demonstrates CIAPONI Lube’s ability to develop and install customized centralized lubrication solutions for OEM manufacturers of ceramic production machinery.
