Marchesi Fixed Crane Lubrication

A progressive centralized lubrication system was installed on a Marchesi fixed crane in Italy.

The system features a CIAPONI EUR3 electric grease pump with a 2-litre reservoir combined with CX progressive distributors to automatically supply grease to the required lubrication points.

Installed by the CIAPONI Lube team, the system provides regular and controlled grease distribution to the crane’s pins, bushings and articulated joints, reducing manual lubrication requirements and helping protect critical mechanical components during lifting and material-handling operations.

This installation demonstrates the suitability of CIAPONI centralized lubrication systems for fixed cranes and heavy-duty material-handling equipment.
