Rammer 5011 Hydraulic Breaker Lubrication

A CIAPONI Model H hydraulic grease pump was installed on a Rammer 5011 hydraulic breaker operating at a construction site.

The system was originally configured with a CK progressive distributor. During the on-site installation, it was confirmed that the breaker required lubrication at a single point. The distributor was therefore removed and the pump was connected directly to the lubrication point.

Powered by the machine’s hydraulic circuit, the compact and robust Model H is designed to withstand vibration, impacts, dust and demanding operating conditions. Its protective steel housing and replaceable grease cartridge provide reliable operation and simplify maintenance.

For applications with multiple lubrication points, the Model H can be combined with CK progressive distributors. This makes it suitable for hydraulic breakers and other compatible hydraulic equipment requiring automatic lubrication.
