Automatic Lubrication for OMB Waste Compactor

An automatic centralized lubrication system was installed on an OMB waste compactor at the manufacturer’s production site in Italy.

The system features a Ciaponi EUR3 2 L electric grease pump equipped with two independent pumping outlets.

Each outlet is connected directly to one lubrication point, allowing the pump to supply grease without the use of progressive distributors. This simple configuration provides direct and controlled lubrication of the two critical components.

Installed during the machine’s production process, the system reduces manual greasing requirements, protects the connected components and supports reliable operation of the waste compactor.
