Automatic Oil Lubrication for Food Production Line

A complete automatic centralized oil lubrication system was supplied for a food production line operating in Turkey.

The system features a Ciaponi EUR3 8 L electric oil pump combined with CK progressive distributors to provide regular and controlled oil distribution to the required lubrication points.

The pump and progressive distributors are fully enclosed inside dedicated stainless-steel cabinets. This configuration contains any potential oil leakage and helps prevent lubricant from coming into contact with the food-production process.

The system provides reliable automatic lubrication while reducing manual intervention, simplifying maintenance and supporting the hygiene requirements of food-processing environments.
