Automatic Lubrication for Plasterboard Production Line
An automatic centralized lubrication system was installed on a plasterboard wall production line operating in Turkey.
The system features a Ciaponi EUR3 4 L electric grease pump combined with progressive distributors to automatically supply grease to the required lubrication points throughout the production machinery.
Installed by Ciaponi Lube’s local dealer, the new system completely replaced the previous lubrication equipment with a complete Ciaponi centralized lubrication solution.
The installation provides regular and controlled grease distribution, helping protect critical mechanical components, reduce manual greasing and support reliable operation of the production line.
