Automatic Lubrication for Caterpillar D5 Bulldozer
A progressive centralized lubrication system was installed on a new Caterpillar D5 bulldozer in the Netherlands.
The system features a CIAPONI EUR3 electric grease pump with a 4-litre reservoir combined with CX progressive distributors to automatically supply grease to the required lubrication points.
Installed by our regional distributor, the centralized lubrication system provides regular and controlled grease distribution to pins, bushings and articulated components, reducing manual lubrication requirements and helping protect critical parts during intensive operation.
This installation demonstrates the suitability of CIAPONI lubrication systems for tracked bulldozers used in mining, quarrying and heavy earthmoving applications.
