Automatic Lubrication for Underground Mining Loader

A progressive centralized lubrication system was installed on a new underground mining loader at a production facility in Kazakhstan.

The system features a CIAPONI EUR3 electric grease pump with a 2-litre reservoir combined with CX progressive distributors to automatically supply grease to the required lubrication points.

Installed by our regional distributor, the centralized lubrication system provides regular and controlled grease distribution to pins, bushings, articulated joints and other critical components, reducing manual lubrication requirements and helping protect the machine during demanding underground operations.

This installation demonstrates the suitability of CIAPONI lubrication systems for underground loaders and other heavy-duty mining equipment.
