Automatic Lubrication System for Crushing Plant
An automatic centralized lubrication system was installed on a crushing plant in Italy.
The system features a Ciaponi EUR3 8 L electric grease pump equipped with three independent pumping outlets and combined with CX progressive distributors.
Each pump outlet supplies a separate progressive lubrication circuit, allowing grease to be distributed independently to different sections of the crushing plant according to their lubrication requirements.
Installed by the Ciaponi Lube team, the system provides automatic and controlled grease distribution, helping protect critical components, reduce manual greasing and support reliable plant operation in demanding working conditions.
