Automatic Lubrication for Recycling Plant Fixed Crane

An automatic centralized lubrication system was installed on a fixed crane used in a grab-unloading system at a general materials recycling plant in Italy.

The system features a Ciaponi EUR3 8 L electric grease pump combined with CX progressive distributors to automatically supply grease to the required lubrication points.

Installed by the Ciaponi Lube team, the system provides regular and controlled grease distribution to the crane’s critical moving components, including lubrication points that are difficult to access manually.

The installation reduces manual greasing requirements, simplifies maintenance and supports reliable crane operation in the demanding environment of a material recycling facility.
