Automatic Lubrication for EDGE Slayer XL Shredder

An automatic centralized lubrication system was installed on an EDGE Slayer XL twin-shaft slow-speed waste shredder operating in Serbia.

The system features a Ciaponi EUR3 electric grease pump with a 4 L bell-type reservoir, equipped with two independent pumping outlets and combined with CX progressive distributors.

Each pump outlet supplies a separate progressive lubrication circuit, ensuring regular and controlled grease distribution to different sections of the shredder according to their lubrication requirements.

Installed by Ciaponi Lube’s dealer in Serbia, the system helps protect critical mechanical components, reduce manual greasing and support reliable machine operation under demanding waste-processing conditions.
