CLS SERIES SINGLE-LINE INJECTORS
The CLS series single-line injectors are designed for automatic lubrication systems operating with oil or grease. Each injector delivers a precise and adjustable quantity of lubricant directly to the lubrication point, ensuring accurate lubricant metering, reduced component wear and reliable system operation. Suitable for industrial machinery, mobile equipment and heavy-duty applications, the CLS series provides efficient lubricant distribution and long service life.
The CLS-1 and CLS-11 injectors feature an adjustable output from 0.13 to 1.31 ml per cycle and are suitable for both oil and grease lubrication systems. Their compact design and dependable operation make them ideal for applications requiring precise lubricant delivery to individual lubrication points.
The CLS-V series incorporates a dual-chamber design and differential pressure technology, making it particularly suitable for higher-viscosity lubricants and longer feed lines. An integrated visual operating indicator allows quick inspection and simplifies maintenance while ensuring reliable system performance.
