The MODEL H hydraulic single-shot grease pump is a compact lubrication solution designed for hydraulic equipment, mobile machinery and industrial applications. It can operate as a standalone pump or in combination with progressive distributors, providing reliable lubricant delivery where hydraulic power is already available.
The pump uses replaceable grease cartridges with a secure screw-lock system, allowing fast cartridge replacement while reducing maintenance time and contamination risks. Powered directly by the machine's hydraulic circuit, it operates with a supply pressure between 100 and 300 bar and delivers a precise quantity of lubricant during each operating cycle.
Lubricant output is determined by the selected interchangeable pumping element. Four element sizes are available (H5, H6, H8 and H10), allowing the system to be adapted to different lubrication requirements. The pump is suitable for grease grades from NLGI 000 to NLGI 2 and delivers from 0.16 to 0.63 cm³ per shot.
Designed for applications requiring an intermittent hydraulic pressure signal, the MODEL H is particularly suitable for construction machinery, agricultural equipment, material handling systems and other hydraulic-powered machines, where simple installation, reliable operation and flexible lubrication performance are required.
